BBC license fee to be frozen for two years

Gosh.  Wow.  No doubt we'll all be invited to look upon a two-year license fee freeze as austerity for the Beeb.       

But how many other businesses do you know with a guaranteed revenue stream of over £6 billion until 2013?

I thought we were supposed to be taking on the vested interests, not entrenching their publicly-funded advantage.
