Best policy pamphlet of the year?

MPs are often better at talking about public policy problems than they are at identifying what needs to be done. This is particularly true in cases involving complex legal questions.

Dominic Raab MP is clearly an exception. He's not only rather brilliantly articulated public concerns about unelected judges making UK law, he has come up with some rather intelligent answers.  And suggested ways to fix the problem in rather sensible, liberal terms. 

Anyone concerned about how “judges have assumed a legislative function”, making decisions – such as on votes for prisoners – and usurping “the legislative power that properly belongs to democratically-elected law makers" ought to read his pamphlet on the subject.

Any government prepared to actually do something about it - rather than just make noises - needs to listen to him.
