Apparently we're in Washington asking America for some unmanned drones to help in Libya.
If only we hadn't spent £20 Billion on Eurofighters designed to fight Soviet MiGs, the skies above Tripoli might be swarming with drones.
Or perhaps if we weren't so inexplicably intent on blowing £ millions on protectionist provided loittering munitions, we might have drones that can hit things, not just look at them.
Yet more evidence of how our defence budget is spent in the interests of contractors, rather than our armed forces?
