Euro resentment smolders

The European Court of Human Rights has decided that convicted prisoners must be able to vote. Our elected Prime Minister admits there's nothing he can do about it.

Last week, various EU institutions decided we were going to have to pay them an extra 400 million. Again, those we voted for could do nothing to stop it.

Advocating that Britain quit the EU just became a little more mainstream - in the country at large, if not yet in safe-seat Westminster.
