George Bridges is a great man.

Here is yet another reason why.

George has been thinking about all this talk of cuts.  He's clocked the fact that “the cuts, even after you have taken inflation into consideration, take us back just one year, to 2009, not 2006."

His article - and the CPS pamphlet he promotes on why the cuts are in fact relatively modest - deserve wider consideration.
