We have momentum

I've a comment piece in the Mail on Sunday today explaining how Britain could prosper outside the European project. 

Elsewhere in the newspaper, an opinion poll shows that most people in Britain agree with that point of view.  The people who live in BBC studioland might not yet recognise the fact, but it is now mainstream to want out.   

A few weeks ago, a certain Westminster commentator told me that triggering that Commons vote demanding an EU referendum was an "irrelevance".  Really?

It might just turn out to have been one of the most signficant Commons votes in years ...
