Who are we calling a third world country?

The government recently “ordered Internet Service Providers to shutdown twitter and Face book to cutoff information to the public” during recent protests.  The government of Uganda, that is. 

I would not expect the government of an open, free society to do likewise.

Please do not blame the monumental failures of the British state to protect private property rights - despite taking over half our national income - on blackberry.  It will not do.
