Who is right about the bail out?

"Whilst agreement [on the bail out Mechanism] on behalf of the UK was given by the previous administration, cross-party consensus had been gained" - Justine Greening MP, Treasury minister, July 15th 2010

"I made it clear to the previous Chancellor at the time that I did not support what he had done" - George Osborne MP, Chancellor, February 8th, 2011

The difference between those two statements is every household in Britain being liable for mega Euro bail outs at a time of austerity at home. Our deficit-cutting savings wiped out at a stroke.

The Chancellor needs to respond to my Freedom of Information request and publish the advice he got on taking office.
