What Kind of MPG Should I Expect from a 2007 Honda Accord?

You can’t suffer too much; the heat can be distracting! Maybe just use it sparingly? Also, has anyone considered getting their wheels aligned? That’s supposed to help too.

I’ve been thinking about that! A professional alignment can do wonders. By the way, what about fuel types? Regular or premium? Does it matter?

In general, the 2007 Honda Accord offers around 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway, depending on the engine. It’s pretty competitive among midsize sedans from that year!

I agree! When compared to a 2007 Toyota Camry, it’s pretty comparable, though some users report slightly better fuel efficiency with the Camry.

I love my Accord! Customers often mention reliability and comfort, which can sometimes offset the MPG for those who prioritize overall satisfaction.

Absolutely! It’s nice to hear customer satisfaction is high. But I’m curious, does this MPG hold true for both the 4-cylinder and V6 models?

The V6 model typically gets about 19 MPG city and 28 MPG highway, which is a bit lower, but it’s still decent for its class.

That’s interesting! With fuel prices rising, it makes me think twice about engine choices for fuel efficiency. Anyone else had similar thoughts?

You might want to also consider the aerodynamics of the sedan compared to an SUV from the same year. I think a Lexus RX with its higher profile does not match up in MPG, even if it feels luxurious!

I still think the Accord edges out in many ways, but I’m also open to hearing other perspectives! Is there anyone here who’s owned both an Accord and a similar car?

I actually had a 2007 Nissan Altima as well, which averaged less MPG than my Accord. The reliability is definitely a key factor for me.

That’s a great comparison! But you know, owning a Honda lets you enjoy the ride and save on gas, which is a win-win! Anyone else find themselves laughing at their old gas guzzlers now?
