Feel free to share anything else that might be helpful in making my decision. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
I recently took my 4Runner off-roading in some rough terrain, and it handled like a champ! The stability control and 4WD really set it apart from my last vehicle.

That’s awesome to hear! What do you think about its on-road handling? I’ve heard mixed reviews.

On-road, I think the 4Runner feels solid but not very sporty. It’s more about comfort and ruggedness than quick turns. Totally acceptable for its class, though!
I’d agree! It’s stable, but the fuel efficiency isn’t great. Anyone else find it a gas guzzler?
I’ve been getting around 17 mpg on average. Not the worst, but it could definitely be better. I just love how the engine has enough power for towing!

That sounds about right, but I’ve heard some users say they get more. What are you all experiencing?

I tend to get closer to 19 mpg, but I drive mostly highway. Definitely varies with driving conditions and maintenance!
Let’s not pretend this is a fuel-efficient vehicle. It’s an SUV built for performance! The off-road capabilities are incredible, though!
Exactly! I’m more interested in how it performs in tough conditions. Any thoughts?
It conquers snow and mud with ease! I took it to the mountains last winter, and it was phenomenal. Power through challenging conditions is a strong suit.
That sounds fun! Is the ride comfortable on longer drives, though?

Yeah, surprisingly so! It’s kind of like driving a tank—lots of room, and I don’t feel fatigued after long trips. It does its job well!

But does anyone else think the interior isn’t super modern for its price point? Sometimes it feels like it needs an upgrade.

That’s a fair point. I’m curious if anyone feels strongly about the tech features?
They’re decent, but I wouldn’t say groundbreaking. I enjoy my Apple CarPlay, but the navigation isn’t the best—definitely could use improvements.
I’ve owned a Toyota 4Runner for two years now, and the seating comfort is fantastic! I can easily drive for hours without feeling fatigued. The leather seats are a nice touch too.
Absolutely agree! The seats are so comfortable, I often lose track of time on long drives. Plus, the option to recline the back seats makes a big difference for passengers.
Cargo space is definitely a highlight. I’ve managed to fit a month’s worth of camping gear back there. It’s impressive for an SUV of its size.

That’s great to hear! I often transport my kids’ sports gear, so I’m really interested in how much can fit comfortably.
