I’ve been doing some research on the 2016 Acura RDX, and I keep coming across various mentions of problems or challenges that owners have faced. I’m particularly interested in whether these issues are common and if there’s anything I should be wary of, especially if I’m considering buying one.
Possible Issues to Discuss
Transmission problems: Are there any reported issues regarding the transmission performance?
Electrical system failures: Have others experienced issues with the electrical components?
Suspension concerns: I’ve heard that some drivers have had trouble with the suspension – anyone else experienced this?
General reliability: How does the RDX hold up over time compared to other vehicles in its class?
It would be great to hear from anyone who has owned or currently owns a 2016 RDX. What has your experience been like? Any maintenance tips or red flags I should consider?
I’ve heard that many owners of the 2016 Acura RDX have experienced engine performance issues. Some report vibrations at higher speeds. Has anyone else noticed this problem?
Transmission issues are another hot topic. I’ve read that some drivers are facing rough shifting or even delays when accelerating. It’s pretty frustrating!
I’ve also seen complaints about the suspension. Apparently, it tends to be rather stiff, leading to a rough ride on uneven roads. Anyone else feel this?
I can’t help but wonder if all these reported issues stem from a faulty batch in production. Could be worth investigating what others are experiencing.
I haven’t had battery issues, but I’ve noticed the safety features like lane assist sometimes act erratically. It’ll warn me without any reason, especially during clear conditions.
That’s weird, @paulsnow. My lane assist works fine, but I think the adaptive cruise control has a mind of its own! It can brake suddenly for no reason…
